At the Missouri Women in Trade award 2023, the Sheet Metal Workers were awarded for Most Apprenticeship Inductions.

CEO Rochelle Bonty with one of her mentees, a graduate of the BUD (Building Union Diversity) Pre-Apprenticeship Program in partnership with United Way St. Louis. The mentee was accepted into the Elevator Mechanic Apprenticeship after graduating from the BUD program. We are always happy to welcome and support passionate individuals to the trade.
